No protection plan and I asked for one!

I had asked for a protection plan and here I am thinking the phone is protected then my boyfriend takes it swimming. Now it's a paper weight and I'm stuck paying off a phone that can't be used? **bleep** that. Why was it not protected like I asked! It's thier fault and I have to suffer? **bleep** my credit. I'm switching phone companies. These guys suck and yeah brightstar and Fido don't communicate very well if at all..
