There has been a billing mistake and FIDO is not corresponding with me.
After phoning for several days , I finally got through, was strategically transferred and left in the mud.
i have messengered. Tweeted , tried chatting with no agent accepting my chat. Should I prevent my payment from going through. Why am I being snubbed. I have been a FIDO customer for 25 years and have never had a problem getting through on the past????
