Well, is just that the sign has been gone for the last 3 days, sometimes if I'm lucky the signal come back for a few seconds, I've been with Fido for almost 3 years now, and this is the first time the services fails.

Any solutions? or just an "Oops sorry"

Hi there@zelticfrost

Thanks for reaching out to our Community about this!

I just took a look: there's no ongoing outage in that area, so you should be able to connect to the network, since other customers in that area don't seem to be experiencing similar issues.

Rest assured, you've reached to right place to look into this further Smiley

I get that you may have already tried this, but just in case - could you attempt a full power-cycle from your phone? Turn the phone Off, remove the SIM card, put it back in, turn the phone back On. Once it's turned back On, give it 2-3 minutes to connect to the network again.

Can you let me know if this helped with the signal? Smiley
