I ordered a new iPhone on Wednesday morning and was told that I'd be receiving some kind of confirmation email. It's been over 48 hours now and I haven't received anything, not even a receipt for the order. The only thing I have that confirms that I made the purchase is the order ID I took a photo of and the fact my credit card was charged twice over for the phone. Not even really sure what to do. I'm a new Fido customer.
