Writing to express my disappointment that my wife has yet to receive a call from winback after being a Fido customer for over 15 years. She ported her number over to Freedom and I had expected at least an effort to winback her business. I am still with Fido but think I will move my service as well. Very strange. Why have a winback team if they aren't going to do anything when a long term customer leaves.
