New phone, same plan?

Hi

I am no longer on a contract, but I am looking to upgrade my phone. 

Can I buy back into a contract by getting a subsidised phone without loosing my current plan?

Thanks for posting on the Community!

General rule is that the price of the phone will depend on your plan.  I don't see why you wouldn't be able to keep your plan, unless it's a Bring Your Own Phone plan which is not compatible with a contract. Also ,sometimes some phones aren't made available with all plan categories so we'd have to double check to be 100 % sure.
