New phone, new contract

So my contract ran out on April 28.  Very same day, a Fido rep calls me.  I order an iphone 5s on a tab24 plan.  the rep says the plan will take effect on April 28.  But, online, the plan still shows the same thing, still shows out of contract, nowhere is there an option to find out if the phone is on its way.  I realize they say 7 to 10 days to get it (which I don't understand as I order stuff from Walmart all time and it arrives within 2 days), but shouldn't there at least be a tracking number by now?  Some indication somewhere that I ordered a phone and there's a plan associated with it?

You should have received an email confirmation for the order. Have you not received this?
