New line but no confirmation

Hi,

 

I added a new line for a tablet on my account last week. I ordered with a specialist on the chat who told me I would get a confirmation e-mail within two days. It's been a few days and I'm still waiting... I know my device (iPad Air 4) is supposed to ship in 1-2 weeks but still, no order confirmation? Is this normal?

Can you check your junk/spam folder? You will get the confirmation email once the order has been processed it is possible that the order has not been processed as yet, it could be that the device is back-ordered. You can contact customer service and they can look into your account and better advise you.
