I did a new connection activation today and unfortunately I cant make a outgoing calls. Fido chat support troubleshooting tried and many other online support options tried but looks like need some technical support but nobody is available on chat support. Is there anybody help here connecting to technical department as I have the sim but no outgoing facility until somebody fix this.
Can Call 1800 numbers
Can receive calls and data works fine.
