New account cancelled and no shipping update?

I just bought a new phone and plan with Fido on November 28th and made my first account. I went to check on the order status today (Dec 1st) and I see that my account has been cancelled (I did not do this) and there is no tracking update for the phone I bought. I put down a $500 deposit that I see is pending to be removed from my bank account. I can't get through to support because it's Sunday. Does anyone have any information about this?

I was told to contact someone named G in the fraud department. I've left two voicemails no call back all week
