This seems like a really odd place to express your anger. No one from Fido will see it or care, and the only people who will reply are like me - bored moms who are ignoring their kids. 

All phone companies suck in one way or another. You just have to go with who's gonna give you the best deal at the time and hope they lube up the object they're going to insert.
