Hi, my fido data is not working. Its showing cannot connect to server message in safari. I have exceeded this months data and I have purchased additional data. But the additional data balance is not showing in the app. But my internet is working when I use 5 sessions of 1 hour data. But my add on data is not working. Tried reseting networking settings,restarting phone and re-installing fido app. Even customer service cannot help me. Network is also good in my area as other fido users are getting services. I don't know what to do. Please help
