Negative balance on my last invoice

Hello,

 

I have a negatif balance on my last bill with you. So far I didn't receive a transfer and it seems you don't do this automatically. 

So, what do I do in order to receive the amount you owe me?

Hello @Meltev,

 

If you have a negative balance and still have service with Fido it will go towards your next invoice.

 

If you cancel your service and your final invoice shows a negative balance Fido will issue you a refund by cheque and you should get it within 3-6 weeks from the date the final invoice was produced. Alternatively, if you pay by credit card you can call and ask for the refund to go back to the card before the cheque gets issued.
