My balance is negative at the moment standing at -50, it is my first month with Fido.
Does it mean i do not need to pay anything this month? and there is no PDF in "VIew Bill"

The negative amount means you have a credit on the account and it will go towards your next invoice.
You will have to wait for your invoice to be produced in order to know if you will have to pay anything.
