Need help with Fido account

I'm a participant level 1
I'm a participant level 1

I canceled my Fido account in October 24 . However I still received a bill just now. I'm not in Canada  and can not make phone call right now, so please help me to solve problem in mail please.


Hi there @Totorow , if you're unable to call in to Fido from where you are, I suggest reaching out to fidosolutions on Twitter to discuss your account issue. We are a community forum and don't work for fido or have access to anyone's information. I hope that helps
