Need help to remove Fido protection plan ($11)

Hi there guys, anyone know if I can stop the protection plan? to be honest the clerk at the fido stall where I got my Lg g5 said that I can take it off whenever I want on their website but I a having problems to get rid of it. Thank you so much!

Is it possible NOW (a month later after the last post)to remove the device protection plan from my account online? I searched everywhere on the website and can't find any way to do it. Last w-e I went to a Fido booth in a mall and was told that the only way to do it was online in my account. Now I'm sarting to feel like I'm being played with... help please!!!

i tried to remove this add-on of 9/mon, but it still remained during checking out. Could anyone help me to solve this problem?
