NOT GETTING THE BONUS 2GB OF DATA

I got a new plan from fido with Unlimited voice and text and 5GB of data, additionally they were offering a bonus of 2GB  of data. And Im not receiving the 2GB bonus data. I want to know what I need to do to fix this issue
