NEW ACCOUNT STATUS

On Mar 18 I changed my account with a Fido rep over my phone.  I changed from fido15. 4 gb to fido medium 10 gb

Initially my account reflected this change

  However the details are back to the original account, and the data shows 14 gb.  I hope someone can advise me when my account will be updated.
