Hi. I remember changing my name on the call display a few years ago and I would just go to "quick actions" and do it from there. I need to change my name again but it's no longer an option under "quick actions". I tried calling FIDO but was on hold for 20 mins and had to hang up. Anyone know how I can do this from my account online?
