My last month bill

Hi, I changed my carrier from fido to koodo this month. And I paid my last month bill by bill from my bank account on September 24th. It has been 6days and my fido account still shows that I didn’t pay. I tried to call fido customer service but I couldn’t as I didn’t have my account. My bill is until October 2nd!  I don’t know what to do. Please help!

We're really sad to learn that you decided to leave us! Sad If ever you change your mind, we'd be more than happy to have you back!

 

As for the payment, it can take between 3-5 days for the bank to send it to us, therefore it should've been received by now. You can take a look at your online account under Overview - Account Balance to see if the payment was received and if the balance has been updated.
