My  debit card paid twice, I have not received my money back.. I have other bills to pay.

Did you try contacting your bank to see if they can cancel the second payment?

 

Fido will just credit your account with the additional funds just like any other company. It would be simpler and faster to contact your financial institution to cancel the second payment. Unfortunately, if your financial institution has already processed the payment then you will need to request a refund from Fido. The refund process can take a while and Fido would usually refund the money by cheque to the address on file.
