My account been hacked

Recently I've been charged with unusually high bill .

I went to the Fido office, and the notified me that someone added Fido Pulse 10GB and ordered a new IPhone 11 64gb to a random address in Ontario. 

I did not order anything, my account have been suspended, what do I do?

Our fraud team would normally reach out to you as soon as we find out about the situation.
