My account app does not show call usage .

I'm a participant level 1
I'm a participant level 1

I am not able to see my call usage record in My Account app.when I took  fido number along with phone that time My Account App was showing everything ( used and left calls ,messages, etc) however it does not display .

It is very hard to identify that how many free calls I have used and left.

Please help me out to track my calls usage.

Did you recently made any changes to your plan? If you did that could be the reason you are not seeing your usage details. When your billing cycle resets you will be able to see your usage details again.
