Normally, voicemails are included in plans or in your value pack. If you didn't change your plan, you definitely shouldn't lose your voicemail. I simply have a few questions for you to better assist you:
1.Are you getting an error message when you try to use your voicemail?
2. When did your voicemail stop working exactly?
Also, you wouldn't be charged the $10 Account Handling Fee in this situation. The fee is only charged for a short list of specific transactions that can be completed easier and faster through our Self-Servicing systems. You can view the full list here
