I cant change my monthly plan through my online account, it really drives me crazy calling customer service, coz 611 is costing me money while I am on hold for 1/2 hr 😠
Any help!!

Sorry for the hold up, we're getting a a higher volume than usual. What happens when you try to make a change on Fido.ca? Do you get any error messages?
