I try to request device protection service but they said "

I'm account holder in fido..........

You should have received an email to ask you for more details in order to confirm that you are the account holder. In this case, I would suggest contacting Asurion by phone to speed up the process , you can reach them at this number 1-866-327-3399 from 7am to 9pm .
