Hi, I ordered an iPhone 16 and Apple AirPods 4 on November 29 from the Fido app. Now, it shows on the app that the order is unable to be retrieved. Has my order been cancelled? By the way I didn't cancel my order.
You would need to contact customer service directly and they can check the status of the order, their system may be overloaded with all the recent promotions.
