Can I use fido internet service in Victoria, BC ?

Are you referring to the Fido Home Internet Service or our Mobile data with a wireless device?

If is for the Fido Home Internet, we currently only offer it in Ontario.

I refered to Mobile date with a wiress device.

I'm using iphone with Fido's SIM card now.

Can I use mobile date of SIM card in Victoria ?

Hello Erena,

  Welcome to the community!

  In addition to what FidoTerry noted above, depending on where you are located in Victoria, you may need to enable roaming data. 

  Providing you have an eligible plan, enabling roaming data would allow you to access Extended coverage as Fido-EXT. There are no additional fees for using extended coverage. You should note however, that its use is only meant on an occasional basis. If you're spending more time on Fido-EXT than on the Fido network, extended coverage may get blocked.

@erena We have coverage in Victoria BC. Are you having trouble using your mobile data? Did you try restarting your phone?

You also need to make sure your phone is unlocked.
