Mobile Data LTE isnt working

im not sure whats wrong but since the morning of 2024 12 21, my data has been slow to the point of just not working, ive checked my profile i still have 57 gb left to use on my data plan, i dont have a single restriction on my account. fidos services are not down, im honestly just stumped on whats wrong. support isnt open at the moment but i feel like im getting cheated out of my plan. tried network reset ,clearing cache, updating iphone turning off iphone, airplane mode, nothing seems to work. ive noticed my bars have been 3 or lower the whole time when my gf beside me has 5 the whole time.

I called fido, they told me a data block was requested by me . Which is odd because i never requested one. They took off the block but they cant find the reason why.

I'm having the same issue, it keeps telling me login required and I tried everything I even switched phones still same thing
