Hi...on Thursday morning I ordered online a Alcatel 1B and have not yet received a email confirmation yet....I don't want to keep phoning or messaging customer service....but do people get email confirmation orders on weekends or do I have to wait until Monday or Tuesday or whenever?....thanks
Did you check your spam/junk folder to see if the email went there? Usually, you will get the email when the device has been shipped out it also can be delayed if the device is on backorder.
