There is no View Billing Statement in My Account. I am using my phone number to login. And No, I don't use Apple nor Android. I am using BlackBerry.
I have tried logging in using my Group ID but I ge a message saying I have to register with my email address??? Why??
So, I grit my teeth and register again, but then, when verifying my email address and being asked to link my existing account, I get a messge stating no information exists for that account!!!!??
All I really need to see is my Billing statement in My Account, like I used to be able to. Is it too much to ask?

I forgot to mention, I tried using Chrome, Firfox and Internet Explorer. All of them did not show any option to view Billing statements

It's odd you're having this issue. Just to make sure, are you able to log in? If not, can you let me know at which point to you get the" Your account doesn't exist " error message?
