Missing 3GB bonus data for adding a line

Hi,

 

I just added a new mobile line 2 days ago using the offer that I got from Fido on 3 GB extra data.  I checked my account online, it only showed 1 GB instead of 1 +3 GB.  Should the bonus GB be shown immedidately on my account, or will be showing later?   Thanks
