I was not able to communicate with Fido win back team because my call kept getting disconnected after 3-4 seconds.
I was with Fido for 7 plus years and I was not satisfied with the current plans they were offering me.I switched to another provider after many failed attempts of communicating with Fido and not receieving a good plan offer.
I wanted to stay with Fido and try to work out an offer but no one has contacted me since February 18. I’ve called Fido trying to get a hold of the team, but every time I call Fido no one is able to assist.
