I have two Fido data only line and I just realized the one which is still on contract has been terminated without my consent.
Now when I check my email, I found out that Fido sent me an email about wireless service cancellation on 22nd October and follow up with an add or change PIN email shortly after the first one, which I did not request both of them.
Now because the line got cancelled is still on contract, I received a whopping 300+ bill for a cancellation not requested by me. I am also worrying about my account credentials since this kind of major change can be made by some unknown person without my consent.
Anyone have any similar experience like this?
This doesn't sound right at all and we'll have to take a closer look at your account to figure out what's going on.
