I was in the queue for live a chat agent for about 55mins. After i got my turn, the agent then asked me to fill out a form for verification. I filled the form but the agent took about 20 mins to verify and in then end told me there is issue going on with the form and that i have to close this chat window and join the queue again for a seperate chat with a different agent
I just want to say thank you for this pathetic customer service and wasting my time. I will be cancelling my service and contract with fido
