Live chat dosen't work and there is no place to call either

I have a billing dispute with Fido for a mobile plan charge and I have tried to contact then through live chat several times, but no luck. It says I have been transfered to Live Chat Support but there is nothing happening even after waiting hours.

Also, there is no place to connect to an agent even if you called them. It is just automated replies. I am  very frustrated with the support I am getting from Fido.

Sorry to hear you haven't been able to speak with someone on the live chat! As for when calling, you'll be able to speak with a representative after following the few steps in our IVR menu.


That said, like @Original_Lucy mentioned, there are other methods if you prefer! You can send us a message on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram too! 

Hi @Don2023  have you tried calling *611 from your device to speak with someone? You can also try sending a dm to fidosolutions on Twitter and request assistance.
