Late Payment

I made payment late on 13 Dec 2017 (my due date is 8 Dec). Total bill amount: $45

After that I received a confirm for my payment of $45

But 2 days next I received another bill requiring me to pay my bill with total amount of $91.

Iam really confuse because I paid my bill. I know Fido cannot charge for a month bill amount for the late payment of only 5 days. 

Anyone can explain for me, please.

  Welcome to the community!

 

  You should note that, depending on your method of payment, it might take a couple of additional days before Fido receives payment (see here). Since you made payment after the due date, it's possible that the bill was generated before Fido received payment so that bill would not reflect your payment. You should be able to view your current charges via My Account.

 

  You should also note that you will also likely incur late payment charges.
