Ive spoke with winback and want to accept their offer but everytime they try to call me it does not connect

I am waiting for a call back from the win back departement but the last few calls didnt connect and now they stopped trying. Is there any way i can reach to them or request a call from them. I need to make a decision soon and they did a great offer.
