Issues with plan change. Wanting to move to the 65 10g plan

Unable to switch plans to fido pulse $65. I log in and go to promotion page select $65 plan. Pop up says login to fido, new customer or customer support. Go to log in (which i already am) and it goes back to my account and will not allow me to change to the plan. Currently on a pulse plan. Cheers Nick
