Issues with login

I'm a participant level 3

I have been trying to sign in on the webiste and it keeps telling me to verify my account.  I selected the email option and they emailed me a code.  And then it forced me to change my password.  Does this mean my account was compromised or is this a regular occurrence.  I've been using the same login info for years without issue and this is the first time this has happened.  Did anyone recently experience the same issue?

Looks like an isolated case @kdj

 

We did recently make changes to our multi-factor authentification. It may be related 😕 

 

But it's important that if you feel your account has been compromised, contact customer support immediately for assistance
