Is the Fido network down?

Hey There,

is Fido down right now... I can only connect to the internet when i'm at home but there is zero connection to fido I have a bill that is due on the 3rd of January but its my typical monthly bill would really like to know what's going on and why my phone is disconnected

Are you currently connected to the Fido Network?

Are you able to use your other services?

If you restart the device completely does it persist?
