I came to Canada as a exchange student. So for the conveniences I got a phone number at the local area, which happens to be Fido.
While I do appreciate the deal I was offered with bonus data, I find that I do not need all 10+10gbs of data at all. In fact I barely use 2gb every month. I think it's only appropriate for me to switch to a lower tier plan with less data, 5gb to be exact. However every plan available to me are plans with even more data and higher price. When I saw a suitable plan on the home page, I click into it and the plan will vanish and got replace by the said higher price plans.
Sadly my university is far away from a Fido store and going there physically will only be my last resort. I hated calling Fido for changing the plan as I have no idea whether the person on the other end is giving me the details I needed, the price and details are not visible to me, so that's not an option for me.
So if anyone know if there's another way of switching plans online, please tell me, I would really appreciate the help.
