I'm trying Fido customer support for the past two days and getting the below message

"Due to the circustances beyound our control, unable take your call"

Still Fido phone customer support is available to talk with someone to cancel my account?

Is any other way can i cancel my fido account?

I'm waiting in the line for more than 30 mins for the customer support. No one is taking the call. My second is almost over to cancel my account.

What happened to Fido customer support?
