Iphone 5 cellular data

Hi i have an iphone 5 and have a plan of 25$ on fido, i wanna know if im gonna get charged for turning on cellular data cuz i cant send a picture to my texts.

You wont be charged for turning on your cellular data, if you use an application or something that may use data, you should get a warning message that your trying to use data and you may want to buy a data pass, and the options will come up, but if you just turn it on, you wont be billed
