Hi everyone! My name is Berfu Emre and i pre ordered Iphone 15 pro with new sim card since my current provider is Freedom. It's been 3 weeks or so , and i have not received any updates regarding the order. I have decided to cancel my order and called the customer service. They had a problem on the system and they could not cancel the order and get fully refund for my down payment. I am asking help someone to fix this situation ! Thank you.
