Bought the iphone 13 from bestbuy toronto on 19th with 30/month device price. on 26th Nov saw that the price is dropped to 20/month on device.
Reached out to Bestbuy store and after little bit of hustle, they gave fido customer service some promotion/coupon code and told me that Fido has taken care of this and you will be charged 20/month but there was no confirmation email/msg.
I asked him to check with Fido and Fido agent said they don't have a way to confirm it. I can't myself see anything in Fido my account.
Is there a way, i'll be sure that this has been taken care?

The confirmation email can take a while to come and you should also check your spam/junk folder to see if it goes in there but the only way to know for sure if you do not get the email is to contact Fido's customer service directly and they will be able to tell you.
