Hello, I paid the bill online yesterday 6/10 and today I received a message that I have to pay the bill again. I checked the account, everything is correct. What should I do?

Normally a payment can take up to a week! Next time you can use a Credit Card, it's will be faster! Smiley

If you pay the bill through your bank it could take up to 5 business days before Fido receives the money, so you need to be careful as to not incur any late payment charges.  If you pay by credit card the payment will be taken immediately.

 

You can disregard the notice if you made the payment already.
