Incorrectly Billed

I supposedly have unlimited picture and video messages from Canadian numbers but I was charged 16$ for 33 picture messages. That doesn't sound unlimited to me. Under my mobile plan it days unlimited but on my bill it doesn't mention pictures messages at all. I'm feeling really scammed right now.

That's certainly not the experience we want you to have. Thank you for sharing, we're sure we can find out what happened.

 

To do so, could you answer a few questions in order for us to have a better graps of the situation? 

 

-Does your plan specify unlimited text, picture and video or does it only mention text? 

-Did you change your plan mid-cycle? Did you have a plan that didn't have picture text messages included before for example? 

-Did you roam or use our pay-per-use rates while abroad? 

-Is it the first time that you incur a charge as a result?
