Improper billing

I picked up a Fido chip at the airport on 12/25/2021 where the attendant only informed me about the monthly cost of the $45 + tax plan. He gave me the chip, took my information, and said that in a few hours my line would be up and the bill would arrive a few days later by email.
You didn't give me any contract explaining the additional fees.
But today seeing the bill I was surprised by the charge of $50 SETUP SERVICE FEE.
This service was not informed to me and I am not prepared to pay for it.

Welcome to the community and happy new year!

 

Sorry to hear you were not told about the $50 service fee I know a lot of locations credit back the fee but it usually shows up on the second or third invoice. 

 

You will have to contact customer service directly to discuss the fee and they will be able to better assist you.
