Hi I would like to cancel my phone insurance (protection) from next month. How can I do for it? Here is one motor thing I would like to stop my paying for a month I mean Im gonna go back to my country for a month so im not likely to use my cellphone so i wanna stop my account for a month

To remove the Premium Device Protection, we'll need to access your account. You'll need to contact us here or we can send you a PM from the community to help you with that.
Please note that, once removed, the Device Protect cannot be added again unless there's an open enrollment for it. Normally, you can only add the Device Protection at the same time you purchase the device. Fortunately, we currently have an open enrollment running until December 2nd. You can check-out the details here.
We'll also be happy to take a look at your options while you're out of the country.
